Delete Your Account

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Handld app
  2. Tap the Profile icon (top-right corner)
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Request deletion via email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at przemek.paziewski01@gmail.com. Please include the email address associated with your Handld account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  1. Your profile and account information (email, name, preferences)
  2. All call history, recordings, and transcripts
  3. AI-generated answer summaries and translations
  4. Your push notification tokens
  5. All analytics data linked to your account
Account deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly removed. During the grace period, you can contact us to cancel the deletion.

What may be retained

Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (not linked to your identity) may be retained for service improvement. Data required by law (e.g. financial records) will be retained for the legally mandated period.
